Design Notes
- Besides the burden value of each part and basic criteria like illegal restriction sites and any other stuff that could burden the assembly, there is no specific consideration to deal with
- The position of the start codon at the start of the signal peptide and the double stop codon at the end of eCPX
- Addition of 6xHis-tag after TEV protease
- Linkers placed between parts : GGG or GSG
